A tribal community in Texas launched a housing initiative featuring nine new Zona Verde homes, now approaching completion. Each home is built using Zona Verde's 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath design, selected to support long-term community growth, modern living needs, and regional housing priorities.

The City of Watonga purchased a 2-bedroom, 2-bath Zona Verde home as part of its effort to bring affordable housing to its community, making local government one of Zona Verde's earliest adopters. Constructed in August 2023, the home served as Zona Verde's model home and a live proving ground against Oklahoma weather before welcoming its first resident in 2024.
