Our Mission
We Didn't Improve Home Construction.
We Re-Engineered It.
Zona Verde was founded on a simple premise: the way homes are built is fundamentally inefficient. A well-built home shouldn't require 8 months of construction, a dozen trades, and constant maintenance. High performance and modern design should be the standard, not the upgrade — so we designed a system that eliminates the inefficiency.
Every decision we make is guided by doing more with less: less time, less labor, less waste, less maintenance. And delivering more: more durability, more insulation, more livability, more value.

Our Story
Building a Better Way
In late 2020, our founders identified a structural problem in the housing industry: homes take too long to build, cost too much, and don't last long enough.
In 2021, we started designing a home system from scratch: faster to construct, more durable, more energy-efficient, and less dependent on skilled labor than anything on the market.
The result is our steel-panel system: factory-built panels with high-performance insulation, pre-installed electrical and plumbing, and a factory-applied powder-coat finish that eliminates drywall and siding while drastically reducing exterior maintenance.
In 2022, we built our first proof-of-concept home near our manufacturing facility and began rigorous testing. The system was independently certified by licensed structural engineers for building codes across multiple U.S. states.
In 2023, we delivered our first completed home. Today, we're manufacturing and delivering homes across multiple states, with plans for national and international expansion.
Our manufacturing facility has the capacity to produce 25 to 50 homes per month, with dedicated quality control at every step.
