Actual timelines may vary based on weather conditions, site access, crew availability, permit inspections, and other factors outside our control.

Engineering Certification

Our panel system has been independently certified by licensed structural engineers for compliance with building codes in multiple U.S. states. However, each project may require additional local engineering review and permits. Zona Verde will work with your team to ensure compliance with local requirements.

Interior Finish Materials

Interior finish materials (cabinets, flooring, appliances, fixtures) are sourced through partnerships with national retailers. Zona Verde curates standard options for quality and consistency, but does not manufacture these products. Warranties for interior finish products are provided by their respective manufacturers.

Pricing & Estimates

All pricing and cost estimates provided during consultation are preliminary and based on current material costs, manufacturing capacity, and shipping logistics at the time of quotation. Final project costs are subject to a formal written agreement and may change based on project specifications, customizations, site conditions, or changes in material costs.

Important: Zona Verde is not a general contractor. On-site construction, permitting, and compliance with local building codes remain the responsibility of the project developer or the client's licensed local contractor.

Warranty Information

Warranty terms for Zona Verde steel panels and structural components are provided in writing as part of your project contract. Warranty coverage is subject to proper installation according to our specifications and normal use conditions. Warranties do not cover damage from improper installation, modifications, natural disasters, or failure to maintain the property.
